Will ClickBank reject you as a publisher if there are too many affiliate links in your ebook?

Is there some kind of max for affiliate links in a ClickBank ebook? To tell you the truth I can’t find anything on it and I have no idea how ClickBank feels about affiliate links within ebooks at all. Thanks.

Are there free sites for advertising affiliates, where I don’t have to pay per click?
